1st Shift Soft Serve- Brazer

Location: Vollrath Company, Kiel, Wisconsin

Schedule

1st Shift
Start: 4:30 am to 5:30 am
End: 2 pm to 3 pm

Pay

$24.25 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Responsibilities

• Perform activities to complete a variety of brazed assemblies and sub-assemblies according to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Work from process sheets, blueprints, and established procedures.
• Select proper brazing fixtures, solder, and brazing equipment.
• Properly set up operations including the use of fixtures and other work holding devices.
• Prepare and check connections to meet quality standards.
• Maintain brazing equipment and work area for a safe and efficient operation.
• Evacuate the refrigeration system using appropriate evacuation, fill, and leak detection equipment.
• Charge the system with refrigerant as required.
• Advise supervisor of continuing difficulties and take corrective action as directed.
• Assist others as directed.
• Perform own material handling and follow good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Perform other assembly duties as required.
• If brazing within an established assembly line, work up and down the line as time permits or as the flow of product requires.
