About the role
The 1st Shift Quality Assurance Analyst (Float Role) ensures that products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety in alignment with industry regulations and internal policies. This role supports multiple areas of the facility, performing audits, inspections, and testing to verify compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA, and state regulations. The analyst plays a key role in maintaining food safety programs, verifying documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold a strong quality culture. This is a permanent, fully onsite position based out of Oak Creek, WI.
