1st Shift PT Warehouse Associate

About the role

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 1st Shift Part-time Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough workflow of cartons thru case seal department
• Inspection of cartons
• Avoid back up on conveyor line
• Run split case back wall conveyor line
• Work OT as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to meet workplace demands
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of employees
• Ability to work alongside employees and accomplish daily goals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
• Stand on feet for entire shift
• Twist, bend, reach, kneel, climb
• Willing to work OT

Pay

• Hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
• Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday 5:00AM -1:00pm (however hours are flexible)
