JBS Prepared Foods, an 80‑year‑old company known for high‑quality sliced meats, bacon, ham, and ribs, is seeking a 1st Shift Production Hourly associate in Booneville, MS. Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.
- Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
- Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
- Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Work in a refrigerated environment (10°F to 40°F).
- Stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 40 lb.
- Fast‑paced, repetitive‑motion work.
- Ability to work overtime as assigned.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).

Pay
Wages starting at $18.20 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Saturday with the possibility of overtime.
