1st Shift Production Associate - Arthur
Job Description
MasterBrand is hiring full-time Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.

- Shift: 1st shift hours - Monday – Thursday 6am to 4:30pm (some overtime required)
Pay & Benefits
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for 1st shift
- Minimum starting rate of $17 per hour and may vary based on previous experience
- Perfect Attendance Bonus of up to an additional $1,000 per year

Additional Information
- Selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs
- All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours)
