What You’ll Be Doing Prepare totes for processing by removing covers and opening bags prior to loading tankRepair and or reject totes or other materials not meeting specificationsInspect, clean, and sanitize totes and materials for conformance to specificationsPrepare totes for finished product by lining with bagsWeigh tote containers to verify ingredient quantitiesNotify supervisor of production problems and assist in identifying and correcting these problemsFill out necessary paperworkPlant clean-upHand palletize (stack) finished goods onto palletOperate sizerSort and package product, poke stems, cut stems and other tasks on moving lines/belts.Other tasks as assigned What You Bring To The Table High school diploma or equivalentBasic math and clear communication skills. The Work Environment Exposure to wet/humid conditions and extreme heat/cold. Some high noise levels and moving mechanical parts. Exposure to brine, bleach, and cleaning chemicals. Must wear proper PPE such as bump cap, eye and ear protection, gloves, respirator to ensure your safety as well as protecting the quality of our products.
