1st Shift Press Brake Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes to bend and shape metal sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety guidelines
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience
• Basic understanding of metalworking processes
• Ability to follow instructions and work from blueprints
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with basic computer operations
