About the role

The Production Mold Operator operates molding equipment to manufacture automotive insulation and acoustic products, ensuring safe, efficient production that meets quality standards and goals while maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for quality defects, including dimensions, appearance, and proper formation.
• Trim, assemble, stack, label, and package finished products as required.
• Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors or maintenance of equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Schedule

Available shifts:

• 1st shift: 6am - 2pm
• 2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm
• 3rd shift: 10pm - 6am

All shifts may require additional hours beyond the scheduled times, including double-time pay for Sunday hours.

Pay

$18.00 per hour, with shift premiums available.
