1st Shift Custodian

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and other public areas.
• Tasks include all routine daily cleaning including running a floor scrubber and regularly scheduled deep cleaning as needed.
• Sometimes perform light facilities maintenance tasks such as simple repairs using hand tools.
• Occasionally assigned other special projects and tasks.

Job Requirements

• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Able to lift over 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience with light facilities tasks (i.e. minor repairs using hand tools, paint touch ups, etc.) is a plus but not required.
