1st Shift Package Handler

About the role
You’ll be on your feet for the duration of your shift and lifting up to 100 pounds. No experience is required—we train you with our dedicated training team. It’s hard work, and your starting wage scales with production and efficiency—the better you perform, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Handle and process warehouse packages in an automated distribution center
- Work in extreme cold or hot conditions while handling frozen products
- Read labels, pick lists, scanners, and signage
- Follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (cold or hot)
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Successfully pass a drug test and background check
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
Pay
Starting at $20.13/hour, plus two pay raises in your first year.
Schedule
- Sunday–Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturday off
- 7:30 AM to finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)
