1st Shift Offset Machine Specialist Print Technician

About the role

Morrison Cup Solutions is a fast-growing Oklahoma City-based foodservice packaging company focused on making branded cups the simplest way for America’s small and medium-sized retailers to market themselves. We disrupt legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production runs and are seeking dedicated, reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to support our Production Department.

Responsibilities

• Make plates, mix inks, and understand capabilities for assigned machines
• Set machines and new jobs as required
• Adhere to defined machine runtime and speed targets
• Verify quality print matches sample and specifications
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with close attention to detail
• Work with urgency and timeliness to complete machine setups and jobs
• Track production and material usage on iPad
• Complete minor repairs and Operator-level Preventive Maintenance

Requirements

• Some manufacturing/machine operations experience
• Dependable and punctual
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to perform simple math
• Experience working on Offset printers (a plus)
• Pallet jack and forklift experience (a plus)
• Flexible work schedule

Schedule

Full-time, day shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with occasional overtime. Weekends off.
