1st Shift Offset Machine Specialist Print Technician

We are seeking dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individuals to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Make plates, mix inks, and understand capabilities for assigned machines
• Set machines and new jobs as required
• Adhere to defined machine runtime and speed targets
• Verify quality print is as expected and matches sample
• Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Pay close attention to detail
• Work with a sense of urgency and timeliness to complete machine setups and jobs
• Verify print and cup quality is as expected and matches sample and specifications
• Responsible for tracking production and material usage on iPad
• Ability to complete minor repairs as required and complete Operator level Preventive Maintenance

Requirements

• Have some manufacturing/machine operations experience
• Dependable (must be at work on time)
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to do simple math
• Working on Offset printers a plus
• Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus

Schedule

Full-time, day shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm with occasional overtime. Enjoy your weekends off!
