Print Production Technician - 1st Shift Printing

Responsibilities

• Operate a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
• Set-up and teardown between jobs
• Prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedule
• Perform quality checks
• Communicate needs, suggestions, and concerns to Floor Supervisor
• Assist in other areas when the business requires
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, screen print processes
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality-minded
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed
• Willingness to embrace change and learn new skills
