Position Title: Network Operations Support Technician Location: Montgomery, AL Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Position Description Join our dynamic team as a Network Operations Support Technician supporting the State of Alabama’s LAN/WAN networks. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring and maintaining critical network systems, including point-to-point, wireless, VPN, and campus networks for voice and data circuits. Participate in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a primary shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a 10-day cycle. You will be responsible for promptly responding to network alarms, updating incident records, analyzing network reports to troubleshoot issues, and collaborating with technical support teams to ensure service reliability.
