Manufacturing jobs at Ashcroft offer a range of activities including assembly, calibration, packing, spot welding, and soldering.

Responsibilities

• Engage in various manufacturing tasks such as assembly, calibration, packing, spot welding, and soldering.
• Read and interpret test data, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Show technical aptitude and good communication skills.
• Work in a team environment and be available to work overtime, including weekends.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with a technical school background preferred.
• Manufacturing experience with relevant skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and English tasks.
• Union membership required for Teamsters Local 145.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Legal Residency, or granted Asylee/Refugee status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Skills

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Teamwork and flexibility to work overtime.
