Job Summary
About the role
Employees work either individually or as a team to manufacture and distribute sofas, loveseats, and chairs. This job requires manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail to meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Feed raw materials into production machinery
- Supply materials to other departments/team members
- Assemble furniture on production lines
- Use tools to assemble/manufacture furniture
- Maintain work areas and equipment
- Monitor the production process
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
- Pack goods to be shipped
- Inform management if problems arise
Requirements
- Previous fast paced manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use power tools (such as staple guns) to assemble parts
- Must perform job with safety as top priority
- Must be able to bend and lift parts throughout shift
- Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift (8 -- 10 hours per day)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively on a daily basis

- Ability to show up to work on-time, every day, and take direction from supervisor(s) in a fast-paced environment
