Responsibilities
- Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance (because you fix problems before they happen)
- Work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and more
- Partner with production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Help improve processes—not just patch them up
Requirements
- Food manufacturing experience REQUIRED
- Meat processing experience = big bonus points
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
- Someone dependable (you like that attendance bonus, right?)
