$25–$31/hour (DOE) plus a $1.50/hour weekly attendance bonus for showing up on time.

Responsibilities

• Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to fix problems before they happen.
• Work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and more.
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Help improve processes, not just apply temporary fixes.

Requirements

• Food manufacturing experience required.
• Meat processing experience is a big bonus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure.
• Dependability (you’ll appreciate that attendance bonus).
