Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment

Preventive maintenance and cleaning of production equipment

Ensure that maintenance checklists and logs are completed accurately and timely

Facility Maintenance

Ensure that building and grounds are maintained

Supporting Outside Contractors

Assists outside contractors with equipment installs/repairs as necessary

Improving Production Efficiency

Works with production team to improve production efficiencies

Other related duties as assigned to support the Maintenance and Production teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Technical school/trade school certification a plus, related college degree a bonus
  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Able to climb, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers in order to work on equipment
  • Working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Welding experience preferred
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Passes criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
