Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Set up and operate corrugated equipment, rotary die cutters, or flexo folder gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
- Inspect and monitor production runs to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
- Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
- Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
- Work with a “one box set up” mindset to meet quality expectations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

Pay
Base salary based on experience, plus a quarterly bonus program.
Schedule
Immediate openings on 2nd Shift (3:30 pm – 1:00 am) Monday‑Thursday, with overtime available on Friday.
