1st Shift: Machine Operator | $20.03/hr | Flexible Schedule

About the role

Get a full-time Machine Operator role with the flexibility to choose your shift, days you work, and the amount of hours you work. Unlike other manufacturing jobs, you have the freedom to pick and choose the days you want to work in the MWC App. If you need Tuesday off, just drop the shift in the app and let a team member pick it up. This job is perfect for someone who wants full-time hours with the flexibility to adjust their schedule when life happens.

Schedule

• Hours: 7 AM – 3 PM
• Days: You choose – Mondays - Fridays (pick up any shifts in the app)

Pay

• $20.03/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)

Location: Titan Wheel Corporation (Quincy, IL)

Responsibilities

• Operating Rim Line machinery – loading it, watching it run, and performing visual checks to make sure parts look right
• Using hand grinders and an air hoist, along with fixed gauges and other basic instruments, to keep quality on track
• Making minor adjustments and set-up to the machine as needed

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Able to read blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable keeping a steady pace in a fast-paced environment
• Closed-toed steel-toe shoes are required (bring your own)

Working conditions

• Not climate controlled; the floor runs warm, especially near the paint ovens, balconies, and other production areas
• You're on your feet moving most of the shift
