1st shift -Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

About the role

AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care to patients in the Ann Arbor/Livonia, MI area.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes
• Follow medical plans and protocols as directed by physicians
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during visits

Requirements

• Current Michigan Nursing License
• Proven nursing experience
• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• High school graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR certified
• Ability to pass drug screen/clear background
