1st Shift Lead Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow and production schedules.
• Serves as the point of escalation for the designated production line.
• Audits products for quality control purposes.
• Provides general leadership of the team and allocates resources appropriately.
• Communicates cross-functionally to submit requests for maintenance/materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand entire shift.

Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.
