1st Shift General Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking industrious individuals to join our dynamic warehouse team at Dollar Tree. You will be part of an innovative, automated distribution center equipped with the latest operational system, Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Pack and ship products according to established procedures
• Handle inventory management tasks including receiving, putting away, and picking items
• Ensure product accuracy and quality control
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Previous experience with inventory management systems beneficial

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Schedule

4-day workweek (Monday - Thursday) from 5:30am - 4:00pm
