1st Shift General Labor Worker/Trabajador de Producción 1-Turno

The primary job duties of our General Laborers include packaging the meat, labeling items, palletizing shipments, and retrieving frozen products.

• Complete physical labor as needed in a cold (32℉), wet manufacturing environment
• Follow all appropriate Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Complete all assigned tasks and shifts as assigned according to production requirements, including but not limited to moving fresh pork through the production floor
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear all required safety gear ensuring a safe work environment for you and your co-workers
• Continuous training in Safe Quality Food (SQF) and all additional training as required
• Fulfill other duties and assignments as assigned by managers

• Flexibility with work hours, in general
• Strong attention to detail
• Understand and follow verbal and written instruction in Spanish or in English
• Punctual with great attendance
• Able to satisfy physical requirements (see below)
