Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance service/repairs of company facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Maintain the property grounds both inside and outside.
- Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary.
- Safely construct, install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, machinery, structures within the facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
- Aid in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and projects as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and safety practices.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Strong mechanical abilities.
- Knowledgeable in mechanical systems - concepts in repair, replace, install equipment and troubleshoot.
- Basic knowledge plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment.
- Experience with maintenance management software.
- Proficiency or ability to learn in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience (3+ years preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or related role.
- Tech, vocational, or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: maintenance, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair.
- Experience with maintenance management software.
- Proficiency or ability to learn in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and/or hazardous materials (e.g., carbon fiber).
