About the role

You will build a career at a company you can believe in, operating warehouse equipment and working as part of a team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts (training provided)
  • Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely
  • Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
  • Enjoys staying active in a fast-paced environment
  • Equipment experience is a plus—but not required
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required

Pay

  • Starting pay: $23.50/hour
  • Higher pay for similar previous warehouse experience
  • Earn up to $29.00/hour with our Monthly Incentive Program ($5.50 extra per direct hour)
  • Yearly merit increases based on performance

Schedule

  • First Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Friday-Monday)
  • 10-hour shifts (4/10 schedule)
  • Overtime as scheduled
