About the role

As a Ceramic Ferrule Machine Operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Elyria, OH. This is a 1st shift position (7am-3pm) with a pay rate of $23.25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ferrule furnace.
• Maintain proper temperature.
• Assist Ferrule Team Member in servicing the ferrule presses.
• Box/container making, packaging (including weigh up, labeling, sealing, wrapping).
• Transport and store in inventory location.
• Maintain appropriate documents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing ceramic kiln environment requiring the employee to stand and walk for the majority of an 8 to 10-hour day.
• Bend, lift product, equipment, and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions.
• Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete B&D approved forklift certification program.
