1st Shift Cross Dock I.

The Cross Dock I position at SanMar involves unloading and loading incoming and outgoing trailers, sorting, palletizing, and moving product. Key responsibilities include using a Radio Frequency (RF) unit to track product movements, and operating an electric power jack to move pallets and product.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of SanMar’s Internal Operating System and ability to operate RF units
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comprehend and follow safety guidelines and equipment operation manuals
