Primary Duties

  • Running reports
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Data entry
  • Executing SAP transactions
  • Providing frequent status updates to management
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be computer literate
  • Working knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred
  • Ability to gain in-depth understanding and application of SAP
  • Understanding of SAP screens and functions preferred
  • Ability to handle high volume of email and expedite, distribute and follow up
  • Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment
  • Strong basic math skills needed
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to work overtime, as required

Physical Requirement

  • Must be able to properly lift, pack, stack and wrap up 60 pounds on a regular basis

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands to touch, grasp, handle and feel items
  • Noise level is usually moderate
  • Warehouse temperature may reach up to 90 degrees during the Summer months

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
