About the role

Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls and other related raw product in an oven or press frame.

Responsibilities

• Load balls into molds; pressurize mold as required; place molds into oven, bake. 40%
• Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. 40%
• Follow work schedule—oral and written. 5%
• Complete required maintenance reports and records. 5%
• Other duties as assigned. 5%

Requirements

• One (1) year related work experience.
• Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint and other gauges.
• Problem solving skills.
• Decision making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay

$16.95 – $22.04 – $27.12 USD per hour. Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
