Position Overview
Directly supervises all employees assigned to the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
- Experience requirement: Five years manufacturing experience
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry is preferred
Skills
- Able to read and interpret documents
- Able to write routine reports and correspondence
- Able to speak effectively before groups
- Able to calculate figures and amounts
- Able to apply concepts of high school math
- Working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities
- Working knowledge of cost issues
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements
- May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand, walk, and talk or hear
- Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
