Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
  • Follow standardized work instructions
  • Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System
  • Observe general and specific safety rules, including operating light curtains and other safety devices while machines are in operation
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plant
  • Fill out all required paperwork including but not limited to production, scrap, and downtime
  • Rework and repair defective parts as needed
  • Ensure the quality of product produced and identify any non-compliant component parts
  • Ensure proper labeling is applied to finished goods containers
  • Be accountable for packing finished goods
  • Able to train others as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Excellent reading, writing, communication, and math skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Skills

  • Must be able to use and read various measuring devices
  • Operate HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen
  • Understand multiple types of assembly machine functions
  • Have problem-solving knowledge and ability
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing principles
  • Attention to detail and quality frame of mind

Pay

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
