About the role
Trane Technologies, the global leader in innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world, is seeking an Assembly Operator in Trenton, New Jersey for 1st shift. As an Assembly Operator, you will build our premium products according to our exacting standards and processes, assuring that our customers receive the highest quality products in the industry. You’ll have a variety of responsibilities as you rotate to different workstations or specialize in one area depending on your experience, staffing needs, training, and skill level.
The work is on-site (5 days). This position has been designated as safety sensitive.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to predetermined methods and production sequence standards
- Create a safe work environment by following safety rules and company policies
- Maintain regular attendance
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs constantly, up to 35 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in a high-volume assembly process while continually standing
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Pay
Hourly base pay: $21.00
Note: The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
