193 - Hospitality Valet Team - Northside Hospital Cherokee - Full Time

About the role

Onsight Healthcare is contracted to support Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, Georgia. This is a full-time position with benefits, starting at $15.00/hour plus tips, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.
• Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics.
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service.

Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old.
• Educational requirement: High school Diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift.
• Driver’s License: Must have an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses.).
• Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver.
