Responsibilities
- Provide help desk and customer service support to users
- Promulgate changes and information to users
- Create NMCI NIPR and SIPR accounts and oversee the Move/Add/Change process
- Provide support to NMCI, documenting and tracking seat orders, and delivering statuses
- Cover and monitor IT asset inventory
Requirements
- 2 years of experience providing tier-level technical support for Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Experience troubleshooting and remediating hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues in a high-availability Windows environment
- Experience overseeing system lifecycle tasks, including imaging, device rebuilds, identity management, and preventive security patching
- Experience maintaining peak operational performance and system reliability for local users and global enterprise customers
- Experience administering Service Desk operations, overseeing incident management, metrics tracking, and classified spillage response
- Experience supporting the Navy's M365 Flank Speed environment or similar, driving user adoption and troubleshooting cloud-based collaboration tools

Compensation
The likely salary range for this position is $65,500 - $90,500 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
