About the role

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Porter to join a growing and dynamic property maintenance team. Location: Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Complete valet trash service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Pick up litter and maintain the grounds of the property
• Keep trash compactor areas clean, organized, and free of clutter
• Clean and maintain the leasing office, gym, pool, and grill areas, and clubroom daily
• Empty trash cans throughout the community
• Clean, dust, and maintain community stairways
• Clean and maintain building entrances
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of common areas as needed
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property issues to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements

• Hard skills: No software experience required; comfortable performing general cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks
• Soft skills: Strong attention to detail; customer service mindset; reliable and thorough in daily upkeep responsibilities

Schedule

Two shift options available - Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM); Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
