About the role

Clark Personnel is seeking a General Laborer to join a growing and dynamic team in Theodore, AL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, coating, packaging, and preparation of specialty piping products.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Support machine operators, welders, painters, and other production personnel as needed.
• Prepare materials for production by cleaning, grinding, deburring, and organizing components.
• Package finished products for shipment according to customer and company requirements.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping and safety standards.
• Follow company quality standards and production procedures.
• Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using proper material handling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, industrial, or general labor environments is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Pay

$18/hour

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:30pm
• Friday, 6:00am to 12:00pm
