About the role

HB Staffing is seeking a Brush & Bulky Worker to join a dynamic outdoor field team.

Responsibilities

• Report to the main office daily at 5:00 AM for team transport to the worksite
• Rake and collect trash, debris, and trimmed vegetation from assigned outdoor locations
• Use tools such as rakes and shovels to gather debris
• Load and dispose of trash, debris, food waste, green waste, and recyclables into a trailer or reloader truck
• Assist with debris and vegetation clean-up in alleys and other outdoor sites
• Work as part of a team to efficiently clear assigned locations
• Wear all provided safety gear, including gloves, vests, and hard hats
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols under on-site supervision

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting and raking
• Comfortable using hand tools such as rakes and shovels
• Able to follow structured safety procedures and guidelines
• Highly reliable with punctual, on-time attendance (team departs together at 5:00 AM sharp)
• Strong communicator who proactively notifies the team of lateness or absence well in advance
• Team-oriented and adaptable to varying outdoor conditions
