About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions is a leading provider of HR technology and services, serving over 95,000 businesses annually. The HCM Business Consultant plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering customized solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory
  • Conduct thorough analysis and planning to tailor products and services to meet client needs
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients
  • Complete and submit accurate paperwork and reports
  • Attend client meetings and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase
  • Develop and present executive summaries for client presentations
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Perform frequent domestic travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and conduct other business needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years' sales experience
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this role includes frequent domestic travel, typically requiring air travel, ground transportation, and public transportation. The role also involves occasional overnight stays and weekend work.
