About the role

We are looking for the best Caregivers in La Grange, TX and surrounding areas to work in La Grange, Bastrop, Smithville, and Cedar Creek in a healthy and happy environment. Positions are available to start as soon as possible.

Schedule

Part-time with flexible schedules.

Pay

Base pay: $15 - $18 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to client.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required).
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication to patient, family, and other employees.
• Provide an environment that promotes respect for the patient, their privacy, and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client’s home.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
