About the role
MSRC is seeking a part-time candidate to support survivability analysis of emerging Army missile technologies. The candidate will work within a government-owned classified processing space, integrating missile trajectory and signature data into intelligence-based models and simulations.
Responsibilities
- Integrate missile trajectory and signature data into intelligence-based models and simulations.
- Execute intelligence-based threat models and simulations and collect outputs in an organized manner.
- Execute post-processing tools and analysis scripts on resulting data outputs.
- Draw rational conclusions from the results and organize conclusions into deliverable reports.
- Report to the lab analysis lead and interface with government customers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or other relevant field.
- 0-5 years of experience in relevant engineering or data analysis disciplines.
- Familiarity with MATLAB (required) and Python (preferred).
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux.
- Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain an active security clearance.
Position is contingent upon contract and funding award.
