About the role

We are seeking an experienced porter/janitor to maintain a clean and safe work environment in and outside of the distribution center by performing all maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean warehouse, offices, hallways, break room, rest rooms, and other work areas
• Empty trash containers and transport waste to disposal area
• Replenish bathroom and break room supplies
• Keep all walkways clean
• May perform light maintenance
• Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance
• Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and/or GMP guidelines
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Report any accidents or hazards immediately to supervisor

Requirements

• 1 year or more experience operating a high reach forklift
• Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution setting
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable and ready to work

Schedule

Weekday sanitation: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. at $21.50/hour. Weekend sanitation: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. at $21.50/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.
