About the role

HB Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Manage customer relationships, onboarding, contract execution, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including forecasting, pipeline management, KPI development, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Operations, Marketing, and Outside Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Inside Sales leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing Inside Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, onboarding, contract execution, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI development, and performance reporting.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Operations, Marketing, and Outside Sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, contract administration, and customer onboarding.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, forecast revenue, and make data-driven business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
