About the role
The Littleford Blender Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.
Responsibilities
- Be able to learn to operate lift trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Able to weigh ingredients using Metric/American weigh conversion.
- Ability to accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the department.
- Must be able to accurately follow blending sequence and maintain blending efficiencies.
- Must demonstrate the ability to legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’s, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by TreeHouse Foods.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
This is a full-time position on 1st shift, Monday through Friday. 1st shift operates 8am to 4pm
Qualifications
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Experience with operating a sit-down forklift.
- The ability to work overtime and weekends.
