1099 Physician (MD/DO)

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting intakes.
• Monitor patients' clinical progress at regular group counseling sessions.
• Authorize patients' prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels.
• Complete all notes and reporting in Groups EMR system within required timeline.

Qualifications

• Active, Unencumbered State License (MD/DO) in the State in which you are applying.
• Active, Individual DEA with address listed in the State in which you are applying (if prescribing in multiple states, a separate DEA is required).
• DEAX designation as formerly required to prescribe Buprenorphine or proof of 8hrs of qualified training as assigned by SAMHSA.
• Minimum 1 year actively prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Proof of Active Board Certification (MD or DO; any specialty).
• Ability to work in-office at least 5hrs per week.
