About the role

AOTI is seeking independent contractors to provide patient support services for its patented Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy. The role involves delivering, setting up, retrieving, and managing TWO2 therapy equipment, educating patients on proper use, and supporting adherence to treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and perform contracted services in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional interactions with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain any necessary licenses, certifications, registrations, and insurance.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Submit required service documentation accurately and timely.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and caregivers.
  • Manage equipment cleaning, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with AOTI clinical, operational, and customer support personnel.
  • Identify and communicate patient concerns or equipment-related issues requiring escalation.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Personal vehicle suitable for transporting equipment.
  • Required automobile insurance coverage.
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned geographic territory.
  • Ability to safely handle, transport, and set up medical equipment.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare services, home healthcare, medical equipment, patient support, customer service, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Skills

Experience using mobile technology, tablets, and web-based applications is preferred.

Contractors retain sole discretion regarding the manner and means by which contracted services are performed. No employer-employee relationship is created, and contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business operations.
