About the Role

Our Leasing Agents are critical to building our communities. From discovering prospects' needs and matching them with the perfect home to nurturing the resident experience while supporting the property’s needs, every day is an opportunity to meet new people and turn them into loyal customers.

This role is 100% remote, with 15%-25% spent visiting properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with prospective residents, answering questions, qualifying leads, and selling the property’s features.
• Manage the leasing and application process for new residents.
• Quickly determine customer needs, create urgency, and guide prospects toward applying.
• Foster new relationships with customers, using a customer-friendly personality to diffuse and resolve difficult situations.
• Handle administrative tasks, including managing lease files, updating paperwork and computer systems, and completing marketing/advertising tasks.
• Become an expert on the community and surrounding area, including schools, employers, and local amenities.

Requirements

• Local State Real Estate License preferred but not required.
• BA or Associate Degree preferred.
• New home experience preferred but not required.
• Top lead conversion experience needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage in-office presentations.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box.
• Valid Driver’s License (occasional travel may be required).
• Ability to be active and lift up to 50 lbs.
