About the Role

From discovering prospects' needs and matching them with the perfect home to nurturing the resident experience while supporting property needs, our Leasing Agents are critical to building our communities. Every day is an opportunity to meet new people and turn them into loyal customers. This role is 100% remote, with 15%-25% spent visiting properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, answering questions, qualifying leads, and selling property features.
• Manage the leasing and application process for new residents, creating urgency to drive applications.
• Foster new relationships with customers, using a customer-friendly personality to resolve difficult situations and nurture long-term connections.
• Handle administrative tasks, including managing lease files, updating paperwork and computer systems, and completing marketing/advertising tasks.
• Become an expert on the community and surrounding area, including schools, employers, and local amenities.

Requirements

• Local State Real Estate License preferred but not required.
• BA or Associate Degree preferred.
• New home sales or leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Proven lead conversion experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver in-office presentations.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box.
• Valid Driver’s License (occasional travel may be required).
• Ability to be physically active and lift up to 50 lbs.
