Volition Components LLC is a commercial van and fleet upfitting company based in Broomfield, Colorado. We specialize in designing and installing shelving systems, storage solutions, and equipment for service-based industries such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and municipal fleets. Our team focuses on efficiency and reliability, delivering clean, professional installs that support day-to-day operations.

Scope of work

• Van shelving systems
• Ladder racks
• Interior storage systems and trade accessories
• Light fabrication and modifications (cutting, trimming, fitting materials)
• Installing hand-cut wood paneling in box trucks or cargo areas
• Removing or working around vehicle components (e.g., dropping fuel tanks when required)
• Installing backup cameras and other basic 12V electrical components
• Adjusting installs in real-time based on vehicle differences or product fitment

What this role requires

• Strong hands-on experience working with vehicles, tools, and installs
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant direction
• Comfortable figuring things out when something doesn’t go exactly as planned
• Able to make clean, professional adjustments on the fly when needed
• Understanding how to balance speed and quality to keep jobs moving
• Able to quickly learn how our shop operates and plug into our workflow
• Self-coordination with our team, communication when needed, and keeping jobs progressing without being managed step-by-step
